sayitwithmeaning: "The Dam Letters": Mr. Price was serious throughout the whole letter. It was formal and and he clearly stated the purpose of the letter. On the other hand, Mr. Stephen was writing back to him kind of mad. Although he was serious too there was something extra there. His writing was formal too and went straight to the point. He used repitition by using the word dam too many times. He was also kind of sarcastic.

sayitwithmeaning: "The Dam Letters": Mr. Price has a very formal and serious letter. He really wants them to get a permit and states in clearly for them. He doesn't change his tone throughout the letter and pretty much leaves it the same way.
Stephen on the other hand is pretty much being kind of rude and mad at Mr. Price. His tone is also serious but kind of in your face at the same time. His style is formal too, he does not change it.
